the staff at this place seem to think it's perfectly fine to leave a 70-year-old woman struggling with bags up the stairs. , and when I asked for a second room key, I was firmly told that it’s hotel policy to only provide one? absoluteley ridiculous! I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.
